Still waiting for a passport

Still waiting for hubby's passport. It has been almost a six month delay now. His back owed child support issue should be solved at this point. His ex claims to be faxing a letter to the state today agreeing to the settlement hubby paid last August!

We will be using a passport expediting service, so hopefully we will have DH's passport by the end of next week at the latest. I received my passport in the middle of July. If it weren't for this issue, we should have had an invitation date by now.
